Frequently Asked Questions

1) Who can join the courses?

Our courses are open to adults. We offer classes for all levels — from total beginners to advanced speakers. We also offer private lessons or tutoring for teens (11+).

2) Do you offer private or group lessons?

Yes! We offer private one-on-one lessons, duet lessons (two students together), and small group classes. You can choose the option that best fits your schedule and goals. Private tutoring is available for teens (11+).

3) Are the classes online or in-person?

Most of our lessons are online via Zoom with native Spanish-speaking instructors. In-person private lessons are available for students (teens 11+) located in Southlake or Westlake, TX.

If you prefer, we can also use Google Meet instead of Zoom.

4) What do I need to attend the classes?

You will need a computer or tablet, a stable internet connection, a microphone, and a camera. All classes are live and interactive.

5) How long are the courses?

We offer 12-week regular courses, a 5-week summer intensive option, and ongoing private lessons. Each session is 1 hour long.

​

6) Do you offer a placement test?

Yes. Before registration, we’ll schedule a short placement session to ensure you're placed at the right level.

​

7) Can I start anytime or do courses have set start dates?

Most group courses have scheduled start dates. Private lessons can begin at any time depending on instructor availability. For group courses, we also offer a Start at Your Convenience option (available for an additional fee) which allows you to begin when it best fits your schedule.

8) Do you offer trial lessons?

We do not offer free trial lessons. However, we can schedule a placement session and discuss your learning goals before starting.

​

9) What happens if I miss a class?

Make-up options are available for private lessons. Group classes cannot be rescheduled, but we provide the class recording and materials for missed sessions.

​

10) Do I need any books or materials?

No. All class materials are provided digitally by your instructor.

​

11) Are your instructors native speakers?

Yes! All of our instructors are native Spanish speakers, focused on helping learners develop real communication skills..

12)  How do I register?

You can register directly on our website under the "Registration" section. If you need help, feel free to contact us.

​

13) How do I make payments?

After confirming your class, you will receive a welcome email with course details or private lesson schedule, a QuickBooks invoice, and a Registration Agreement.

​

14) Is there a registration fee?

Yes. A one-time, non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of enrollment.

​

15)  When is the payment due?

All fees are due at registration.

​

16)  What is included in the registration agreement?

The agreement includes the cancellation policy and media release authorization.

​

17)  Are private classes billed monthly?

Yes. For private lessons, we previously agree on the number of sessions and schedule. Invoices are issued monthly according to that plan.

​

18) What is your cancellation and refund policy?

All cancellation and refund policies are included in the Registration Agreement provided during enrollment.
